Experienced in doing Pipeline Integrity Assessment for the offshore pipelines. Had done a number of assessments for the corroded pipelines for the Peninsular Malaysia Operation (PMO). The scope of works also involve in critical analysis such as Fitness for Service (FFS) and Free span Analysis. Has dealing with various code and recommended practice for asset integrity management namely DNV-RP-F101 (Corroded Pipeline), DNV-OS-F101 (Submarine Pipeline System), DNV-RP-F105 (Free Spanning Pipelines), ASME B31G, API 580 (Risk Based Inspection), API 581 (Risk Based Inspection and Damage Mechanisms) and API 5L specification.

During the service, K. Crowngold LLC has a wide exposure in a number of DNV software namely Orbit Pipeline, Orbit Offshore, Pipeline Engineering Tool (PET), Fatigue Analysis of Free Spanning Pipelines (FatFree) and Power Plant Integrity Management (PPIM). K. Crowngold LLC has worked closely with various clients from oil and gas industry namely Ranhill WorleyParson, Petronas Carigali, Carigali Hess and Technip. Formerly partner with pipeline departments of the following, Shell Oil Company, Exxon Mobil Corp, Chevron Corporation, Valero Energy Corporation, Saudi Aramco.
